About
Rachael Babette
Rachael is a trauma-informed facilitator who supports individuals and groups in navigating meaningful personal growth, resilience, and transformation. Her work integrates somatic practices, group facilitation, and guided experiences that help people reconnect with their inner clarity, agency, and capacity for change. Rachael’s background includes facilitating immersive retreat environments, supporting integration processes, and working alongside experienced practitioners in intensive, growth-oriented settings. She is a 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher with training in both classical Himalayan Kundalini and traditional yoga, and she weaves embodied practices into all aspects of her work. With a grounded and relational approach, she creates spaces where individuals feel supported in exploring their experiences, deepening self-awareness, and moving through meaningful transformation. She is especially passionate about guiding group experiences that foster connection, reflection, and a deeper relationship with oneself and others.
