Rooted in ritual, embodiment, and shared presence, these circles offer a space for deep reflection, intention-setting, and spiritual exploration. Each gathering is a journey—an invitation to slow down, listen within, and remember the sacredness of being a woman in community.

Rachael Babette
Rachael is a trauma-informed facilitator, energy worker, and holder of sacred spaces. Rachael now lives in Costa Rica where she facilitates psilocybin retreats, microdose programs, and supports ayahuasca ceremonies alongside Shipibo maestras. A 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher trained in both classical Himalayan Kundalini and traditional yoga, Rachael weaves somatic practices into her work. She has also trained as a temple guide with the 13 Moon Mystery School and continues her path as a priestess with The Path of Gold. With reverence for each person's potential, Rachael creates containers where growth happens through ancient medicine, deep listening, and the power of being witnessed. She is passionate about guiding circles where participants connect with cacao, community, and their own inner wisdom.
